This adds a flexible
extras: Dictattribute toSnapshots, which allow to more easily add heterogeneous information for backends, CVs or sampling methods that require it. For instance, the existingSnapshot.imagesis replaced using the newextrasattribute.This tries to preserve serialization backwards compatible so states saved from previous PySAGES versions and simplifies the serialization code.
